Beauty of Fall, Brings New Art

... art that inspires care for our planet and each other

Red Cup Coral Celebration, Enamel on Steel Sculpture with Ponderosa Bark Base, by Alisa Looney

New enamels have been developing to bring attention to our planet's ecosystems, and the need for deep and rapid care of these systems that we all depend on. The piece shown above is part of my ongoing "Ode to Coral Reefs" Series, which celebrates the beauty of our essential coral reefs, and reminds us to care for them, as they are essential to life on earth. View this series in person this month at Red Chair Gallery, downtown Bend.
